In the cases of majority of neurological diseases the symptoms of depression have significant influence on the worsening of the quality of patient’s life, regardless of the severity of the neurological disorders. In the most of neurodegenerative diseases the symptoms of depression often precede the appearance of neurological symptoms. Within recent years, numerous studies have been published demonstrating that disorders of depressive spectrum can be considered as a predictor of some types of dementia. Existing data regarding the methods of therapeutic intervention for depression in the clinical practice are rather scarce, scattered and often based on the «personal experience» of neurologists and psychiatrists. In some patients the diagnostics of depression in the context of neurological disorders can be difficult due to the difficulties in the establishing the contact with the patient as well as cognitive deviations related to neurological disorders. In order to facilitate this task, the effective screening diagnostic methods have been developed for the diagnosis of depression in the context of neurological diseases. The results of clinical studies performed within recent years confirm the important role of the neurologist for the evaluation and the treatment of the symptoms of depression, both at the initial stage and at the stage of remission. The purpose of the current review is to systematize the accumulated data on the disorders of depressive spectrum in the context of neurological practice, as well as to demonstrate the role of neurologist in the process of diagnosis and treatment of the symptoms of depression in neurological diseases.

Проблема репродуктивного здоровья и демографических показателей при женской эпилепсии является актуальной в современных условиях. В когорте из 155 женщин репродуктивного возраста исследована качественная структура репродуктивных потерь. Показано, что большинство пациенток находились в оптимальном репродуктивном возрасте, что повышает значимость вопросов репродуктивного здоровья. Выделены основные характеристики репродуктивных потерь при эпилепсии: снижение частоты искусственного прерывания беременности из-за болезни и приема антиэпилептических препаратов при сохранении самопроизвольных прерываний, внематочной беременности на фоне высокой частоты эндокринных осложнений при эпилепсии. Внедрение методики сохранения репродуктивного здоровья при эпилепсии снизило показатели репродуктивных потерь.

В статье рассмотрена проблема беременности при эпилепсии. Обоснована актуальность исследуемой проблемы Проанализированы основные направления исследований по теме беременности при эпилепсии. Представлены обобщенные результаты проведенных исследований. Сделан вывод о перспективности комплексного медико-социального подхода к исследованию проблемы планирования, ведения и исходов беременности при эпилепсии.

A retrospective study of TDM AEDs was conducted in Yakutsk. Materials for the study were the results of TDM valproate patients with epilepsy, conducted at the Center for Personalized Medicine of Republican Hospital №3 for 2014-2015. The results of this study suggest the importance of the use of TDM AEDs in patients with epilepsy.

В данной статье физическое состояние пациента при эпилепсии определялось клиническими характеристиками и осложнениями заболевания. Высокая частота репродуктивных эндокринных осложнений при женской эпилепсии определяет необходимость изучения клинического полиморфизма заболевания в группах моно- и политерапии антиэпилептическими препаратами. Приведены данные собственного проспективного наблюдательного неконтролируемого исследования по изучению побочных эффектов антиэпилептических препаратов на репродуктивное здоровье у 155 женщин с эпилепсией в возрасте 16–45 лет, установлен полиморфизм клинических проявлений болезни в группах моно- и политерапии антиэпилептическими препаратами.
