In the article the task is set to consider the influence of the organization of the operation of electric trains of the ES2G series by one machinist without an assistant on the labor productivity of the Sverdlovsk motor-car depot. The author presents a process model for the transition to this type of driving, calculated the economic effect, as well as the direct impact of the measure on labor productivity.
