The authors summarize the existing scientific base in the field of deposit policy development, the factors affecting the effectiveness of its implementation are presented. In conclusion, the authors come to the conclusion that the deposit policy forms not only a large part of the bank's resources, but also its credit potential, and the effectiveness of financial activity. Therefore, any innovations in this area are possible only with stable financial stability, in any other economic conditions, commercial banks will seek to retain liquidity by improving approaches to the most developed and attractive client segments.
