«Development of the method of improving the physical training of military servers when performing the service responsibilities of military-professional activities»
The paper presents research materials on the introduction of conjugated training of physical abilities based on specially selected exercises in the process of training military aerospace troops. The results of testing the effectiveness of the use of methods of conjugated training of physical abilities of military personnel on the basis of specially selected exercises are given. It is noted that the experimental methodology has contributed to the growth of the effectiveness of increasing the level of physical fitness of the aerospace troops.
