Thus, there is a need to build new sports facilities and create transport and social infrastructure. Public funds invested in their development pay off and are a cost-effective investment in maintaining the health and quality of life of the population. Large-scale sports events in the city of Kazan led to the development and popularization of sports among the population, improved the standard of living of the population and provided residents of the Republic of Tatarstan with modern sports infrastructure.
