В статье рассмотрены проблемы взаимосвязи карьерных ориентаций и экономического благополучия педагогов. Проведен сравнительный анализ результатов исследования. Выявлены положительные взаимосвязи между включенным контролем и такими ценностями, как профессиональная компетентность, служение, вызов.
