«Individual ways to protect intellectual property rights»
The article discusses some ways of protecting intellectual property rights established by civil legislation. The grounds for the use of certain methods of intellectual property rights protection are characterized, their features are highlighted. The similarities and differences of the methods of intellectual property rights protection with the general methods provided for in Article 12 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation are studied. It is concluded that intellectual rights are protected by the methods provided for by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, taking into account the essence of the violation of the right and the consequences of the violation of this right

«Molodezh' kak subekt informatsionnogo prava»
В статье рассматриваются правоотношения, которые складываются в рамках информационного права субъектом которого в том числе является и молодежь, нашедшие свое отражение в международных правовых актах и нормативных правовых актах Российской Федерации. Делается вывод о необходимости обращения особого внимания на обеспечение информационной безопасности личности, общества и государства.
