«Comprehensive Characteristics of the Quality of Life of Children with Mental Retardation»
В статье представлены результаты обследования 62 учеников с легкой степенью умственной отсталости с коморбидными психическими расстройствами. Основной метод исследования – клинико-психопатологический с определением показателей качества жизни для детей (PedsQL). Было выявлено, что качество жизни оценивается детьми с легкой степенью умственной отсталости значительно выше при коморбидных невротических расстройствах – 67±4,7 баллов, по сравнению с оценкой детей при других психических расстройствах (ЧМТ, эпилепсия, ДЦП) – 50±4 баллов (Р <0,01). В контрольной группе показатели были выше- 73,5±4,3 балла (Р <0,01). Разработанные фармако-психотерапевтические программы позволили повысить уровень качества жизни детей, как в основной группе, так и в контрольной.

«Issues of improving the medical and social rehabilitation of combatants on the example of the Rostov region»
The article provides data confirming the increase in the number of combat veterans over the past two years in the Rostov region. It is clarified that this trend is related to the conduct of a special military operation. The tendency of rejuvenation of the studied contingent is noted, as well as the features of the injuries encountered in them and, accordingly, changes in some features in approaches to the implementation of measures for their comprehensive rehabilitation.
