Abstract
This article describes the essence of technology Kaizen, which was developed in Japan to improve business processes with the aim of improving the quality of products, to improve production processes and the efficiency of management of the organization. In contrast to Western technology, Cirio, which involves the introduction of a radical innovation, technology Kaizen involves the development and implementation of small improvements on an ongoing basis, which ensures stable growth of the main processes of the company. The article presents the description and requirements of the five basic elements of the Kaizen system, and describes the activities of Kaizen teams.
