Abstract
This article seeks to assess the stress state of the soil mass and forecasting its changes under load from the constructed buildings and structures. This assessment includes the development of the original program, to calculate the voltage at any point in the soil mass; the creation of a mathematical model to estimate the change in voltage, depending on changes in the parameters of the system "The base-foundation".
