Abstract
This article describes the purposes and tasks of drilling management centers in conditions of rapid technology upgrades and growth in the number of complex wells. The method of different specialists’ integration based on management theory conceptual apparatus and the principle of the tandem relationship. A measure of drilling management quality based on the stability in the sense of predictability of the form and target reservoir heterogeneity, achieved by predictor-corrector management scheme.
