Abstract

A study of the rule of law during the 2013-2014 Studied the materials of judicial practice discussed the results of public Prosecutor's activity. It justifies the view that providing protection of the laws, the Prosecutor's office objectively enhances the protection and realization of rights and freedoms of man and citizen.
