Abstract
Complex clinical laboratory studying and correction of a vegetative homeostasis at patients with kalkulyozny cholecystitis is executed. In group of comparison carried out in the postoperative period the intensive therapy (IT) by standard methods, in the main group added pharmacological correction of activity of sympathetic and parasympathetic departments of VNS.
Tension of vegetative regulation in the main group was much lower, in comparison in group of comparison.
