Abstract
In modern conditions of the economy, the big challenge for the management decision-making and management. Based on a thorough analysis of available information, the Manager must choose the optimal risk management strategy that is most effective in achieving your goals. Every company is susceptible to risk. The important point is the ability of a Manager to manage your risk and know the methods of decision making under risk.
