Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of the vitamin and mineral status in the 11th grade school students and university students of the Surgut State University. On the basis of analysis of the survey data, the characteristics of the nutritional status in the groups studied and their link with the lifestyle were revealed, and the corresponding recommendations were formulated.
