Abstract
Features of formation of corporate culture of school under the influence of such factor as style of the management – features of interaction of the head with collective are considered in article. Conditions of realization of powers of the management within work of school are revealed. The specifics of corporate culture in the educational organization – as the organizations of special type, social interaction and structure of relationship are shown.
