Abstract
The article discusses the key points in the global economy associated with the main trends in product quality management. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of modern trends, their role and importance in the management of product quality. The author of the article came to the following conclusions: at present, enterprises are implementing quality management systems based on GOST R ISO 9001–2015, the «Zero Defects» program is used by F. Crosby in America; one of the most important management properties influences, that reflects a lot of good looks and positions, is considered to use the leading provisions of the concept of TQM. The research materials were the articles of such authors as O.N. Kolomyts, A. Topilin, G.N. Zaitsev, A.G. Gudkova, V.V. Prokhorov, Ye.N. Klochko, A.A. Mustafaev, as well as M.Yu. Kabulo-va. and E.I. Rekhviashvili.
