Abstract
The main aim of the article is to analyze the opinions on the round-the-clock emergency services by the residents of Surgut. Questionnaires for the survey in total number of 7000 units were used as the research material. The article offers the patients' opinions on round-the-clock emergency medical teams. The authors introduce the main reasons that make people address to emergency medical services, render the results, based on the questionnaire and offer methods to improve the efficiency of emergency medical services.
