Abstract
Distance learning is a form of learning in which any methods and forms of learning are used, carried out on computer and telecommunications technologies, as well as the interaction of all participants in the educational process with each other at a distance, implemented using computers and other Internet resources. The concept of this type of training is contained in the application of new ideas in order to improve the effectiveness of solving educational problems in the field of physical culture.
