Abstract

В статье рассматриваются различные мероприятия по физкультурно-оздоровительной деятельности и способы их реализации для детей дошкольного возраста. Авторы уделяют особую роль двигательной активности и физкультурно-оздоровительной деятельности в воспитании ребёнка для того, чтобы сформировать у детей практические навыки здорового образа жизни.
