Annotation
this paper considers the means of communication as one of the conditions of joint creative activity. The authors reveals the principals of reflexive- position approach to design and organization of modern educational environment creating conditions of students' personal development. Several means of communication in the context of mutual creative activity and reveals the complexities of thei application on the example of holding the youth forum.
