the article presents a quantitative and qualitative analysis of judicial decisions under article 10.2 of the Federal law of 27.07.2006 №149-FL «About information, information technologies and protection of information», are presented the results of the monitoring of compliance with the requirements of the Law's most popular bloggers. The conclusion about the lack of practical value of this article for enforcement.
