«Исследование проблем деятельности Единого реестра запрещенных сайтов»
В данной статье представлен анализ проблем в работе специальной системы безопасности в Интернете под названием «Единый реестр запрещенных сайтов». Авторы пришли к выводу, что запрещенный Роскомандзором материал может «воплотиться» в другом месте и с ним ознакомится ещё больше заинтересованных пользователей, что приводит к обратному эффекту в достижении обеспечения безопасности в Интернете.

The article presents a quantitative and qualitative analysis of judicial decisions under article 10.2 of the Federal law of 27.07.2006 №149-FL «About information, information technologies and protection of information», are presented the results of the monitoring of compliance with the requirements of the Law's most popular bloggers. The conclusion about the lack of practical value of this article for enforcement.
