the subject of research is the freight transportation organization. The purpose of the study is to determine the criteria for integrated assessment of economic efficiency of freight transport. The article presents the scientific principles applicable to the investigation of various types of freight transport: road, railroad, water and air. The obtained results will allow to make rational, scientifically sound and cost-effective management decisions in the field of organization of cargo delivery.
