рассматривается вопрос участия молодежного общества в законотворческом процессе в разрезе имеющихся правовых средств, их развития для формулирования новых подходов конституционного принципа демократии в Российском государстве. Проводится анализ имеющихся норм права, регламентирующих формы участия молодежи в законотворческом процессе. Сформулирован вывод об установлении факторов увеличения форм участия данного сообщества в законотворческом процессе для учета их мнения и поиска баланса интересов между обществом и государством.
