this research is focused on a detailed analysis of crimes directed against peaceful coexistence of countries, nations and the entire mankind in general. It also evaluates implementation of international law standards in the field of such crimes within the scope of the criminal law of Russian Federation. The aim of this research is to obtain theoretical understanding of subsumption with respect to the concerned groups of crimes from the perspective of Russian criminal legislation and international criminal law.
