Oats are the most important food and grain feed crop in Russia. At present, with the development of animal husbandry and the food industry, the demand for oat grain has increased, which can be used both for feed and food purposes. Its grain contains from 10 to 17% protein, starch - 36.1% fat - 4.7%, ash - 3.2, sugar - 2.35, vitamins B1, B2.
