The article discusses the creation of the "Young Teacher School" as an effective form of work with novice teachers in a preschool educational organization. The "Young Teacher School" aims to create conditions for the professional development of novice teachers and improve the quality of their work. The "Young Teacher School" helps novice teachers to increase their readiness for teaching, promote their professional growth and self-development, adapt to the team, and successfully enter the professional field.
