Microgreens have become a popular nutritional trend because their cultivation requires minimal time, land, and complex equipment, the first harvest can be gathered just 5–14 days after planting, and they are rich in vitamins. This publication presents the results of a laboratory study examining the effects of glycine and alanine solutions on the germination of 'Namul' soybean seeds.
