The article examines the influence of external factors on the training process of young powerlifters in the context of a sports school. The physical and environmental factors (microclimate, equipment, lighting), the social and environmental factors (the role of the coach, the team, family support), the educational and everyday factors (regimen, nutrition, sleep), and the organizational factors are analysed, as well as typical stressors (exams, relocations, illnesses).
