According to the authors, joint training of Russian and foreign students in a multicultural group has a number of positive aspects. This, above all, the possibility of the formation of intercultural interaction of people of different cultures and the formation of a tolerant person. One of them is that it gives opportunities to develop the abilities of multicultural communication to all the students within the group. However it should be taken into consideration that the students in such groups in most cases are multilevel. So every teacher and professor has to search for new adequate methods and techniques of teaching so that to help foreign students to adapt quickly in a new surrounding. The authors believe the Singapore technique of teaching is quite appropriate for these purposes.

The article deals with the main approaches to the study of teenagers’ tolerance, the use of psycho-diagnostic methods for the study of the characteristics and level of modern teenagers’ communicative tolerance formation is justified. The results of experimental psychological research are included.
