Modern methods of project management are considered in the monograph, especially methodology Agile, which is the set of principles, the most important among them is the principle: «reaction to changes is more important than a consecution of plan». The methodology is aimed to minimize project risks through the ability to focus on the most valuable requirements as a result of open and transparent processes. The use of Agile-technology allows you to optimize costs, to reduce significantly the amount of documentation and to make the development process more creative and unique.

В работе обозначены сущность, необходимость и преимущества управления проектами на современном этапе. Рассматривается соотношение понятий «классический менеджмент» и «менеджмент управления проектами» (Project Management), их основные особенности и отличия, а также различия в определении и трактовках ключевых терминов.

The article is dedicated to studying the influence of organizational and project cultures on effective project management of the company by knowledge systematization and the comparative analysis of world companies’ practice that allowed to reveal the main factors and criteria of projects success and negative influence of organizational culture on the project; key aspects of corporate culture and cultural integration under the conditions of globalization.

This article considers the ways of project management, models of project management: classical model and the model of flexible designing Agile, pays more attention to the process of project management using Agile model and to the problems of using the project management models in modern conditions.

From a management perspective, the organizational change process from closed to open innovations is one of actual problems in an inter-organizational cooperation, because companies need to introduce new organizational methods. In this context, the author proposes to consider project management under the model of open innovations. The article describes the author's approach in the study of project management in open innovation projects and their impact on traditional methods of project management.

Methodological approaches to areas attraction assessment were considered; actual attraction assessment models of I. Ansoff’s strategy management areas were proposed to supplement «social-image-investment environment» indicator. Attraction assessment’s criteria and parameters of new territorial market were reviewed. Methodology for risks classification, ELLIPS-PrO matrix, was proposed to assess the volatility level. Methodological approaches analysis to corporate project management system (CPMS) implementation in Russian companies was conducted. CPMS has been supplemented by the «corporate project culture» and «assure strategic compliance tools» elements.
