«Integrative facial massage techniques in preventive and restorative medicine: clinical and physiological aspects»
The article presents a review of domestic and international data on the clinical and physiological effects of facial massage techniques in the context of preventive and restorative medicine. The mechanisms of action on the skin, blood vessels, muscles, and the autonomic nervous system are examined, including microcirculation, cutaneous vascular response, lymphatic drainage, and psychophysiological effects. Contemporary methods of objective assessment are presented, such as laser Doppler flowmetry, thermography, heart rate variability (HRV), capillaroscopy, photogrammetry, and 3D facial analysis. The article highlights the potential of facial massage as a physiologically grounded approach to normalizing neurovegetative balance and restoring homeostasis.

«Вазоактивные свойства низкоинтенсивного электромагнитного излучения крайне высокой частоты в условиях гипокинетического стресса»
В работе рассматривается динамика параметров кожной микроциркуляции при действии гипокинетического стресса, низкоинтенсивного электромагнитного излучения крайне высокой частоты и их комбинации. Показано, что низкоинтенсивное электромагнитное излучение крайне высокой часто-ты оказывает нормализующее действие на микроциркуляцию, препятствуя развитию стрессорной вазоконстрикции.
