The monograph describes the issues of geodetic monitoring of a technical state of bases and building structures of unique buildings and structures to ensure safe operation. The system of support points and deformation marks that provide a complex of instrumental measurements using a non-stative technique has been considered. Special design stamps have been fixed to perform work in the main axes of the building, which allow the installation of the reflector directly on the bench, as well as the possibility of control leveling according to the leveling method of Class II. To identify the reasons of buildings and constructions deformation and to develop some preventing measures it is necessary to provide continuous geotechnical control during construction and maintenance of buildings.
