The article discusses the problem of preventing speech disorders in early-age children at risk. The relevance of the study is due to the growing number of children with perinatal pathology and social risk factors, as well as the need to implement effective methods in the early care system. Logopedic rhythmic is analyzed as an integrative method that affects the basic prerequisites of speech: psychomotor sphere, sense of rhythm, imitation, and emotional contact. The results of an experimental study are presented. The conclusions are formulated about the high preventive potential of logopedic rhythmic and the need to include it in the early care system.

75 children with 1 and > episodes of acute bronchial obstructions (1 group, ABO), 21 with diagnosed asthma (2 group, DA) and 17 healthy children of the same age (3 group) were enrolled. We investigated blood eosinophils (%), the levels of blood IgE, eosinophils in nasal secret (%), eosinophils (%) and levels of IgE,IL4,IL13,NO2,NO3,NOX in induced sputum (IS).
