«Anti-corruption policies of the state: for persons having legal immunity»
Целью исследования является выработка предложений по корректировке антикоррупционного законодательства в целях оптимизации антикоррупционной политики государства в отношении лиц, обладающих правовым иммунитетом. Для достижения цели изучались особенности действующего законодательства, в т.ч. существующие правовые коллизии и проблемы документирования противоправной деятельности отдельных категорий лиц.

«Антикоррупционные стандарты как инструмент противодействия коррупции в организациях с государственным участием»
The article raises the problem of combating corruption in the organizations with state participation. Considered the scale and scope of corruption. It is noted that in most typical corruption in public procurement. The dynamics of violations of legislation in the sphere of public procurement. The conclusion is that the situation with corruption in the organizations with state participation need to be addressed through the use of controllers associated with the standardization of anti-corruption.
