The Preural regional deflection passes three stages of development during the Permian Period of the Palaeozoic Era: sea, lagunny and continental. These stages correspond to three stages of geotectonic development. The field route from Perm to Kungur, allows to unite further in the wildlife area Cis-Urals and Ust-Kishertsky district in lectures, laboratory and field researches of the data from fundamental geological disciplines, to illustrate them on laboratory researches and to show on such natural exposures of rocks as Pervogorod, Bershet, Ergach-Sarkayevsky and Falcon, Filippovsky, Kungur Ice Cave, the Stone Yermak, dolomitic and other careers of Ust-Kishertsky district.

The tracings of indexes offered by the last two Stratigraphic Codes of the Russian Federation do not create the system of indexes combining the general, regional and local stratigraphic divisions. The "short" indexes which entered practice of stratigraphy under the influence of requirements of cartography do not possess sign of unicity of indexes and specific geological section. Ways of overcoming of the available contradictions are offered.

Tasks of the paleostruktural analysis have not only theoretical and practical, but also didactic value. It is caused by specifics of simultaneous use of stratigraphical and geochronological scales and applications of methods of the tectonic analysis of geological record taking into account facies. The solution of problem of search of anticlinal traps of oil with use of the paleostruktural analysis and methods of historical geotectonics surely is followed by the facial analysis.
