The article identifies hereditary relations that affect the interests of all citizens. The norms of inheritance law have a significant impact on the stability of economic and personal relations in society, and therefore the institution of inheritance serves both the interests of an individual and the interests of society as a whole.

The article outlines the problems and features of the legal regulation of farms created under the law that has become invalid, and also offers recommendations that will eliminate the inconsistency of the legal status of designated farms with the current law and provide a regulatory framework for the continuation of their activities, taking into account the peculiarities of their education.

In the present work the question concerning the actual concept and signs of legal entity, and also possible variants of qualification of legal entities is considered.

The article has analyzed current legal status of foreign legal entities in the territory of the Russian Federation. The authors described general provisions, the value and criteria for determining the nationality of legal entities, nationality of legal entities and the concept of the personal law or personal Statute. They also showed the effect of the personal law of a legal entity on legal status. Special attention was paid to the consideration of the legal basis of foreign legal entities in the Russian Federation and in connection with their problems.
