This article is devoted to econometric modeling of regional economic growth factors in the Russian Federation in different regions using panel data models. The key factors that influence the level of development of a regional subject of the country are identified, and the subjects themselves are ranked according to the degree of their own development potential. The least and most favorable regions are identified, and the influence of observation factors for each region is revealed, reflected in the individual quantitative effect.

The part of the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of automation is the use of training and laboratory stands in the educational process of bachelors of the specialty 5B070200 "Automation and Control". At the department "Automation of production processes" (APP) of KSTU widely used laboratory complexes based on the equipment of world companies. The goals and objectives of the development of a new teaching and laboratory stand are determined. Studies of the selected programmable logic controller (PLC) are performed. PLC-compatible hardware and programming environment for the PLC is searched. The laboratory stand “Mechanical processing area” is selected as the control object. A flowchart of the control object and its control system have been developed. The main goal is the creation of a laboratory and methodological complex for studying the stand “Control system based on a Mitsubishi FХ5U controller” to control a real object — a belt conveyor made by Fischer Technik.

This article describes the features of the transition to the redevelopment of the Zhaman-Aibat field. The author presents the results of experimental-industrial works for the redevelopment of the field, shows the various schemes of interchamber and barrier pillars, adopted in the experimental-industrial development. The conclusions are the following: there is a need for further survey work, using computer modeling, to determine the optimal options for redevelopment.

«Experience of panel-and-pillar development system application at the Zhaman-Aibat field (Republic of Kazakhstan)»

The article summarizes the experience of previously adopted and applied parameters of the settings panel-and-pillar development system at the Zhaman-Aibat field. It shows the results of the analysis of geomechanical monitoring of structural elements of panel-and-pillar development system at the field during 2008–2010. The dependence of rock spalling from the roof has been withdrawn. The graphs on the fact of destruction of the pillars have been shown. The author concluded that there is a need to continue the research works in this direction.
