«Monopolies in the digital society and their regulation»
The economy in developed countries is developing rapidly, and the digital society is also developing in parallel. Many manufacturers are opening their businesses on digital platforms. Based on new trends, it is very difficult to control this area of the digital market, create a regulatory framework related to monopolization, as well as tools for analyzing the digital market. This article describes the problems of regulating monopolies in a digital society, and in parallel considers ways to regulate them on the example of the 5 Antimonopoly package of the Russian Federation.
