«STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF COMBINED HARDENING TREATMENT ON THE WEAR RATE OF MINERALOCERAMIC»
The technological principles of increasing the physical and mechanical characteristics of oxide and nitride ceramics plates by surface treatment, combining various options of abrasive action and coating are revealed in this article. The author carried out the analysis of wear-resistant coating compositions for various operating conditions of ceramics and provided information about their effect on strength characteristics and the distribution of residual stresses in the surface layer.

«Poluchenie i svoistva oksinitrida aliuminiia»
В работе исследованы методы получения химически активного оксида алюминия кубической сингонии γ-Al2O3 способами термического разложения нитрата алюминия и осаждения гидроксида алюминия из раствора солей с последующей термообработкой. Полученный продукт использован в качестве прекурсора синтеза оксинитрида алюминия AlON методами спекания с нитридом алюминия и углетермическим восстановлением в среде азота.
