Within the framework of the hypothesis about similarity under stress conditions in compressible and incompressible materials in the pressing channel, the pressure distribution along the pressing channel is established. Using G.M. Zhdanovich equation with new material density distribution boundary conditions along the length of the pressing channel is found.

In this article the results of theoretical investigation of the process feeding fibers during the formation of high filled composites in pultrusion way are given. The main physical factors which influence on a section change of fiber are considered. It is developed a mathematical model describing a single fiber and their total as an isotropic material.
