«Сoating deposition in a mixed flow of metal vapor and fast gas molecules»
Сoating deposition on dielectrics is used a source of metal atoms and fast gas molecules produced due to charge exchange collisions of accelerated ions in a processing chamber is described. The metal atoms are produced due to ion sputtering of a target placed at the bottom of the hollow cathode inside the source. When a mixture of argon and nitrogen is used, nitride coatings are produced with deposition rate up to 4 µm/h, the coatings being interruptedly bombarded by molecules with energy rеgulated from 10 to 300 eV.

«Selection of mathematic model method for surfacing effective area of tools»
It is more appropriate to describe mathematic model for gas-thermal surfaces by means of finite triangular elements, for thin surfaces one should use shell finite elements. In mathematic model for plasma surfaces is more appropriate to present the thickness of layer by means of plate set or shell set and bar elements.

«Improving the efficiency of cutting ceramics with layered multicomponent functional composite materials»
The article deals with the problem of the development of materials science. The author pays special attention to the issue of the development of new materials, which is associated with the increasing requirements to boost the level of their physical, chemical, technological and operational properties and the creation of technologies for obtaining and production. The idea is substantiated that the development and production of instrumental materials is of particular scientific and practical interest. It is known that in mechanical engineering and other industries, labor productivity and the quality of machining of machine parts largely depends on the applied cutting ceramics (СС). The choice of material for the cutting part of the tool over the centuries has been a priority for science, technology and has been closely associated with the development of metallurgy, and more recently with powder metallurgy, the influence of concentrated energy flows, as well as physics and chemistry of solids.

«Method of energy efficiency technology of vacuum-plasma coating»
The issues of increasing of the energy efficiency of technological processes of vacuum plasma spraying coating by optimizing the parameters of the supply voltage of the asynchronous electric drive of the forevacuum pump are considered in this article. The author puts forward methodology of a technique for an automatic control system for the parameters of the supply voltage of an asynchronous pump motor.

«Revisiting the friction of high entropy alloys and coatings»
In this paper, the authors propose a new approach to the consideration of the friction phenomenon in HEAs and, in particular, dry friction. An equation is obtained that shows the nonlinear dependence of the friction coefficient on Gibbs energy G0, on temperature T, on the concentration of the number of electrons N and which allows predicting the formation of high entropy alloys and coatings.

«Protection of paints and coatings from biodeterioration»
Аbstract: the article discusses the issues related to the protection of paintwork materials from biological damage. Paint and varnish materials and coatings are exposed to damage caused by various microorganisms during operation, since many components of the materials are used by microbes as power sources. The greatest destruction is caused by bacteria and microscopic fungi. At the moment there are practically no absolutely biostable paints and coatings. Depending on their chemical composition and structure, we can only talk about compositions that are more or less resistant to biological damage. One of the effective ways to protect materials from biological damage is the introduction of various biocidal additives into their composition.

«Типологический анализ конструкций покрытия зданий спортивного комплекса пролетом до 60 м»
When designing modern sports complexes for architects and designers, it is necessary to work out both the ideological and functional aspects of the project. To create comfortable conditions, to ensure the requirements of acoustics, noise insulation and thermal insulation of it from other rooms and the environment, the design of the sports complex's coverage becomes crucial. Bearing coating structures are the most important constructive element of sports facilities. To date, there have been developed sufficiently typical projects with frequently used spans from 18 to 36 m. Coatings with a span of more than 36 m are already considered atypical and are designed individually, based on conditions. Analyzing the existing sports facilities, it was found that a wide distribution as a covering of buildings of sports facilities with a span of up to 60 m was obtained by plane structures: arches, trusses, frames. In this paper, a comparative analysis of the plane structures of the cover for a span of 60 m in the LIRA-SAPR program complex: a truss with steel columns and a steel frame is carried out. All load sensing and effects on structures are specified in accordance with SP 20.13330.2016. The results obtained in the analysis of foreign and domestic experience in the design and construction of these structures can be used at various stages of designing large-span sports complexes.

«ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN FEATURES OF MODERN FIZKULTURAL AND HEALTH COMPLEXES WITH A FLIGHT TO 60 M»
Today, indoor stadiums are an indispensable attribute of modern sports. Our country occupies territory with different climatic conditions. These conditions leave their imprint on the space-planning and design solutions of buildings. Modern indoor sports facilities are distinguished by their original appearance, large capacity, unusual shapes and coating designs. The use of large-span structures makes it possible to make maximum use of the load-carrying qualities of the material and thereby obtain light and economical coatings. The most promising and economical are thin-walled spatial architectural and construction structures for covering buildings and structures. The results obtained in the analysis of foreign and domestic experience in the design and construction of these structures can be used at various stages of designing large-span sports complexes.

It shows that to improve the corrosion resistance are used: the selection of the composition of the deposited material in the electrolyte; creating a layered structure of the coating; use gradient electroplating; increasing the thickness of the deposited coating; reducing the porosity and surface roughness; increasing the adhesive bond of the protective material and the application of adhesive layers.
