«The Process Feeding Investigation of the Stuff during the Formation of High Filled Pultrusion Manufactures»

In this article the results of theoretical investigation of the process feeding fibers during the formation of high filled composites in pultrusion way are given. The main physical factors which influence on a section change of fiber are considered. It is developed a mathematical model describing a single fiber and their total as an isotropic material. An analytical dependence a concentration of fibers in prepared manufacture from a volume stuff in die entrance is obtained.

«Study of the purchase of dye composite materials based on inorganic and organic raw materials»

The article states that one of the biggest problems of modern agriculture is to prevent the irreversible loss of fertile land on earth and to provide agriculture with new land. In this regard, it has become an urgent problem to use natural resources efficiently and restore damaged lands with various means and methods. In the studies conducted to solve the problem, the process of obtaining composite materials with fertilizer-ameliorant properties, which is of particular importance in increasing soil productivity and plant height, using inorganic and organic raw materials, was studied. It has been established that only applying fertilizers to ecologically damaged soils does not give positive results, because the structure and physical-chemical properties of the soils are damaged, and complex measures must be taken to restore them. The more intensive feeding of the plant with phosphorus with the participation of the magnesium element leads to the formation of water-resistant aggregates, which, as a result, percolation and infiltration decrease, and the amount of available phosphorus in the soil increases.

According to the authors, when designing a spacecraft, the main direction in the development of highly efficient designs is to optimize the distribution of specific density, the stiffness of the material according to the size of a component or construction in accordance with the field of existing loadings. This problem can be solved either by rational distribution of isotropic material, or by regulation of stiffness, strength and deformability of the material by the volume of the product. Such materials are polymeric composite materials (PCM) and their elastic-mechanical characteristics can be adjusted within a wide range, including body structure.
