«Persons Participating in the Case as Subjects of a Civil Procedural Legal Relationship»
This article examines the subject composition and subjects of civil procedure, the basis of which is a judicial person and persons directly involved in the process, the classification of civil procedure is considered, its subjects are determined by their characteristics on the basis of different approaches. The author designates not only the legal classification of courts, participants in cases and persons who assisted in the administration of justice.
