«Integration and Optimization of Heterogeneous Energy Resource Accounting Systems in Multi-Storey Buildings: Benefits and Challenges»
The article discusses the main aspects of integrating and optimizing heterogeneous energy resource accounting systems in multi-storey buildings. It describes benefits such as improved data accuracy and reduced operational costs, as well as challenges related to technical complexity and the need for standardization. Special attention is given to the analysis of methods for integrating various types of measuring instruments and software, which improves energy consumption management and ensures reliable data collection. Examples of successful implementations in various residential complexes are provided, illustrating real-world results and the economic efficiency of such approaches. The main technical and organizational challenges, including compatibility issues, data security problems, and the need to adapt existing systems, are also discussed. Recommendations for further development in this area are proposed, aimed at overcoming existing barriers and enhancing the interaction between different components of the energy resource accounting system.

«Особенности энергоэффективного жилого дома и современных технологий в малоэтажном строительстве»
Проектирование энергоэффективного дома – это комплексная работа, учитывающая рациональный выбор теплозащиты ограждающих конструкций, выбор инженерного оборудования и эффективность использования источников энергии. Энергоэффективность имеет два аспекта. Первый аспект – это характеристики ограждающих конструкций, т.е. чем лучше характеристики у теплоизоляционного материала, тем меньше энергии необходимо на отопление дома в холодный период года и на его кондиционирование в течение теплого периода. Второй аспект – это обеспечение дома недорогой энергией, а также их рациональное использование. Рациональным и экономически целесообразным способом повышения энергоэффективности здания является сочетание конструктивных и инженерных мероприятий, при одновременном использовании современных энергосберегающих технологий. Автор статьи отмечет, что проектирование энергоэффективных зданий – одно из самых приоритетных направлений в современной архитектуре. Энергоэффективное строительство – это забота о будущем нашей планеты, о будущих поколениях.

«The suitability and installation of technological equipment when upgrading existing facilities»
To date, a large number of Russian companies in diverse and various industries, has old equipment and requires modernization of the technological process due to the growth of scientific and technological progress. In order to achieve goals when upgrading is considered such an important aspect as the readiness of the new equipment installation. Mounting hardware suitability describes the suitability and readiness of equipment for efficient Assembly at the user. Replacement of technological equipment requires large volumes of works on installation and dismantling, in the absence of the building has its own lifting mechanisms require large financial and labor costs. One of possible methods for replacement of process equipment is the technology of without crane installation allows us to carry out work in existing space planning. Today is the question of the necessity of development and introduction of new technological production methods and fixtures tooling in which it is possible to conduct installation and dismantling of technological equipment in the operating production process.
