This article examines the current problem of decreasing physical activity in children in the context of the spread of digital technologies. The concept of fitness games as an effective tool for motivating children to engage in physical activity is presented. Practical aspects of organizing fitness games in preschool and family settings are described.This article contains specific methodological recommendations and examples of three universal games for different age groups, aimed at developing key physical skills and coordination abilities.
