Transfer pricing is an effective way to rise a competitiveness of vertical integrated companies and global value chains. This article considers advantages and shortcomings in the regulation of transfer pricing in Russia, describes examples, which show that tax authorities are not interested in cooperation with companies. There are some methods for improving tax legislation.

The subject of analysis in the article is the residential real estate market of the Voronezh region and its forecasting. The features of the real estate market are noted, as well as the stages of its analysis, the last of which is the forecasting of prices in the market. Also, the work presents trend forecasts of prices in the primary and secondary housing market of Voronezh. Among the presented trends, the best is the exponential model.

According to the author in modern terms, sport becomes one of the priority directions of social policy, the implementation of which not only solves problems of improvement of the nation, but also forms the image of the state in the international arena. This leads to increased attention of researchers to the social, cultural, physical and economic factors of the development of the sports industry. However, it is clear that their implementation is possible only if sufficient financial resources, their optimal distribution on mass sport, physical culture and sport of high achievements. The article also examines the organizational framework, sources and order of financing of sports organizations, particularly the mobilization of resources specific to Russia. On the materials of the target program «Development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation for 2016–2020» it is shown the decisive role of budgetary appropriations, the forms of their use.

«Agromarketing system-aim and assessment of efficiency»
The main aim of each manufacturer in agriculture is to correctly assess the peculiarities of their manufacturing and to achieve effective strength of the final result. This requires to take the peqularities of agromarketing system into consideration, as the system encourages the achievement of buying and selling efficiency of agricultural goods. Under the conditions of free enterprise manufacturers should on their own make decisions about pricing, observe the amount of customers and their purchasing power, determine external and internal factors, observe the amount of salesmen and the level of market supply, determine the most effective market, access to foreign markets, plan and predict. The auther considers the abovementioned to be the reason for approaching agromarketing as a system.
