Модель структуры организации представляет собой синтез жестко фиксированной и гибкой моделей структуры организации. This article is devoted to the training of graduate students of natural science faculties of the University to make abstracts of scientific texts. The author suggests the worked out in the practice system of teaching how to make abstracts, which includes five stages of both group and individual work. Each step of the work with graduate students, as a result of which they acquire skills of making abstracts of English-language scientific texts and of writing abstracts on their articles in English is described in detail.
