This article deals with the problem of ecological danger of road infrastructure objects. Road infrastructure includes bus stations, bus depots, car service centers and roadside cafes located throughout the highway system. With the implementation of mass-produced counterfeit water and food in the catering outlets and around the purification of them from all kinds of infections is relevant.

The article analyzes the techniques of human risk assessment and information security vulnerabilities. The comparative characteristic of existing standards of the Central Bank of Russia and the scientific works of specialists are carried out, the experience of the development of the Russian Federation techniques are also considered. Standards and methods for the presence of components of employee motivation theory are analyzed: content and organizational theories. The author made a conclusion about the most optimal solution of development methodology, reflecting the cross-section of scientific knowledge and scientific experience.

The research offers a variant of closed transportation task of linear programming options choice, which optimal solution is defined by a standard method of potentials involving small quantity of steps.

In the article some problems related to development processes of urban transport system in general and in U.D. Samara are discussed. Problems arising during development process of urban transport system are presented. Main principles of development of Samara urban transport system are expounded. Development concepts of the road network of the urban district Samara are formulated.
